Superbe chalet complètement rénové situé directement au bord du Lac d'Argent - près du Mt Orford.
La très grande fenestration donne une vue sur le lac de toutes les pièces du chalet et les deux grands patios, dont l'un couvert, permettent d'admirer les magnifiques couchers de soleil !
Au bout du quai, le lac est peu profond et permet une baignade sécuritaire pour les tout-petits. L'eau se réchauffe rapidement et le sol est sablonneux. Canot, planche à pagaie (paddle board) et deux kayaks d'enfants sont à votre disposition. Plaisir garanti !
Vous êtes également à 5 minutes à pied du village d'Eastman: épicerie (avec SAQ), pharmacie, cafés, restaurants, pub, crèmerie, boucherie, pâtisserie, parc avec modules de jeux et terrain de tennis. Pensez au Cabaret d'Eastman, Théâtre de la Marjolaine ou centre-ville de Magog (15 min) pour le divertissement.
