Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located ground level suite. This bright and modern house was built in 2019. With a fully equipped kitchen, European cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The suite also comes with in-suite laundry and plenty of room for storage. It is located close to Downtown Courtenay and the Puntledge River Park. The Living room includes a comfortable sofa bed. The bathroom has heated tile flooring and beautiful wood flooring throughout the rest of the suite.
This ground level suite has no stairs and has everything you'd ever want for a perfect stay. From a comfortable bed to a fully equipped kitchen to cook yourself a 5 star meal, this property has it all.
Downtown Courtenay is only a 15 minute walk away and is home to excellent locally owned shops and restaurants. Feel free to reach out if you want any recommendations. The Puntledge Park is a short 5 minute walk away which is a popular swimming spot in the summer - also includes a nice playground for children.
Mount Washington and the Nordic ski areas are only a 35 minute drive away (this is to the top of the mountain) and the Cumberland bike trails are 15 minutes away.
We also are close to Comox Lake for swimming and paddling and have the best restaurant in the Comox Valley (Il Falcone) within walking distance!
