The space
Head inside to the living room you will find a cozy area with large windows and plenty of natural light. There is a dedicated workspace area in the living room with a desk and a chair. The formal dining room is adjacent to the living room. and around the corner is a fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen includes custom cabinetry, quartz counter, stainless steel appliances. The primary bedroom features an in-suite bathroom with updated vanity and standing glass shower. The remaining bedrooms share a bathroom with a combo tub/shower. Outside you will find a large back deck overlooking a beautiful backyard. Guests have access to the entire home.

The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, coffee makers, utensils, plates, bowls, etc. Everything you need to cook for your group. The kitchen also has 2 bar stools at the counter top.
The living room is equipped with a smart TV . You will have access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sling TV, and Youtube.
Bedrooms: All bedrooms have comfortable queen size mattresses. In addition, all bedrooms have dressers, night stands, night lamps and ample closet space.
The master bedroom has a Samsung TV. Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Youtube are available and can be accessed through own credentials.
Samsung washer and GE Dryer are available for laundry. We provide a travel size laundry detergent for each stay.
In addition, we provide linens, fresh towels, a blanket, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, travel size body wash, shampoo & conditioner
The house has a circular driveway with plenty of parking spaces, a large patio and large yard. There is plenty of space for a boat, trailers, etc.
The house is located near the main road amking it very accessible to the interstate I-485 (1/4 miles)
Check-in is at 4pm, Check-out is at 11am. Detailed check-in instructions will be provided prior to your arrival.
If you have an infant and you need a high chair, it is available upon request.
We have a professional cleaner come in before your stay, so you can always expect a clean and tidy home.
All guests including visitors (which is max 7 people) MUST be on the reservation. We are very strict with it to avoid parties, celebrations, events, and damages.
