Positive: I like the location and room kitchen amenities. Yady, Yazmin, and Ovidio at the front desk are absolutely great and very courteous. Always making sure I'm well taken care of. The cleaning staff ladies are also very kind and attentive.
Negative: Access to the pool is dreadful. After crossing the hotel entrance to the other side, and taking the elevator one story, you have to climb the 4-story-long, steep utility staircase, and that's the only access. It's odd.
