Summary:
This centrally located spacious studio has a lovely outdoor area including a barbecue, outdoor seating and access to a pool. This space is equipped with a queen bedroom and bathroom as well as a fully self-contained kitchen and air-conditioned area to lounge with TV and Wifi included. A perfect little getaway spot that is also within walking distance to the beach and Central parade shops.
The Space:
The owners of this property reside in the front house and this is a separate studio at the back of the main house. The studio has its own parking spot for 1 car . You do walk past the owners house to the studio at the back of the property.
Shared area is the pool.
1 Small dog allowed on request only. Note that he owners have a small dog also. The outdoor area can be made fully secured with gates.
Other Things to Note:
Maximum number of guests staying is 2 this is not to be exceeded unless by prior approval. Leave the premises in a clean and tidy state. Whilst we appreciate you are on holiday please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and no parties. Do not use the property for unlawful purposes. Check in time is 3pm or by prior arrangement Check out time is 10am or by prior arrangement. An extra surcharge applies if failure to comply
