3 Bedroom House in Callender, Arroyo Grande

Beautiful tranquil country setting with panoramic views of hills and meadows. This unique craftsman home features stunning architecture and backyard ammenities including jacuzzi, built-in firepit, flagstone patio, and outside kitchen. The home includes three bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a CA King bed and private bath as well as french doors to the Jacuzzi. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have Queen beds. The fourth room isnt a bedroom "per say" because it doesn't have a closet. This room was a small office but accommodates a bunk bed with a twin (top) and full (bottom).
There are a couple of things that make this property unique. First, it is located on one of the most gorgeous pieces of property on the Central Coast. It is private and serene. Second, we built this home to live in and spared little when we built it. It is a true craftsman home with lots of nice custom touches and ammenities. The flagstone patio with built in fire-pit, kitchen and Bar, and Jacuzzi were designed by a locally renound landscape architect.
There are many things to do on the Central Coast. Enjoy Pismo Beach, Shell Beach, Avila Beach, or Avila Hot Springs. You can drive along the Oceano Sand Dunes (or rent a dune-buggy or ATV). Lopez Lake has picnic facilities, water park, and an adventure park. You can get to over 200 wineries within 45 minutes. Spend the day on hiking trails or go golfing on nearby golfcourses. The quaint, lively, college town of San Luis Obispo is a quick 15-minute drive north.
