Positive: Location was perfect. The house was just right for our large group. Every couple/person had their own bedroom and full bath. It was comfortable stay. It was a perfect balance of privacy and community with the shared livingrooms and kitchen. There was an issue with one of the rooms but the host resolved it the next day. (We got in pretty late the first night). Off street parking was a definite bonus. Would definitely stay there again.
Negative: Maine was unusually cold weather when we visited. (This wasn't our first trip to ME). Getting and keeping the house warm the first night was a struggle. The host was quick to help us solve that issue.
Summary: A great find in an ideal location.
