WE ARE ONLY 5 MINUTES TO WILD WOLF BREWERY, AND BOLD ROCK, 8 MINUTES TO DEVILS BACKBONE, WINERIES, AND RESTAURANTS. After a long day on the slopes. relax by 2 indoor gas fireplaces. COMING SOON OUTDOOR CHIMNEY.
SUMMER SPORTS: include SWIMMING AT BEACH OR POOL AS WELL AS KAYAKING, at Sherando Lake, a short 20 minute drive away. HIKING, TENNIS AND GOLF. Nelson County offers many. NEW WINERIES, BREWERIES, AS WELL AS CIDER HOUSES. We are conveniently located 1/2 mile off route 151 near the town center with restaurants. We are in walking distance to the Nelson County Farmers Market Open May through October. The golf and tennis courses are only a mile away.The back of the property is very private with a newly enlarged yard with a lovely stream that runs through it and has a view of the fountain on the golf course. Badminton and Corn hole available.
BACKYARD: Watch your kids walk by the stream and view the fountain as they wade in the stream. Sit by the stream and enjoy reading or sipping your wine or beer, from many of the fine wineries and breweries located in Nelson County. Play Corn hole and Badminton.
BIKING & KAYAKING Bring your bikes and ride through Stoney Creek, trails for mountain bikes. as well.Wintergreen Mountain and the Blue Ridge Parkway, is only 15 minutes away.I have 2 kayaks for rental, however you must bring transportation for kayaks. Call owner for more details.
HIKING: Hike the many trails in Stoney Creek and on Wintergreen Mountain. Hike Crabtree Falls and soak in the many pools on a hot summer day. The kids will love it and so will you. Crabtree Falls is not a long drive and it one of the highest waterfalls on the east coast. Take a picnic and cool off under the cascading waters.The Blue Ridge Parkway is only 15 minutes away and you can also hike Humpback rocks or explore many of the beautiful trails.

This area is furnished in a very traditional and elegant style with antiques. There is also a deck with a grill, that overlooks the fountain on the golf course. The owner is a licensed interior designer and professional member of ASID and has beautifully furnished all levels in a different styling. The main level and 3rd floor are beautifully and elegantly decorated in a traditional style with antiques yet is very well appointed with all the supplies you may need. Pets and children 12 and older will enjoy the lower level that opens up to the backyard with a full kitchen as well. The owner is a licensed interior designer and a professional member of ASID, so the house decor flows from one level to the next.

There is a King sized bed in one of the bedrooms with a view of the TV.The second bedroom is a Queen bed and looks out on the beautiful yard.The bathroom has a walk in shower for 2. Another full kitchen is near the entry door with a deck and has a grill. Dogs love this entry as well as the backyard! Dogs will love this level. The dining room sets up to 10! Did I say it was contemporary, why yes it is! Gas fireplace helps you to be cozy in the winter. Deck has a separate entrance, grill, and views a large backyard.Outdoor Fire Chimney outside coming soon!

Perfect for couples or couples with a small child.
