COVID-19 Notice: For the 2020 rental season, regardless of what is stated in the descriptions, renters will be responsible to supply all linens, towels, pillows and blankets.This airy 1100 square foot, three bedroom cottage is located in the shores of Leith approximately 10 km north of Owen Sound. The cottage is a spacious open concept with vaulted wood paneled ceilings. The grounds, decks and shore are all available for your use. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed with south and west facing windows to the lake. Closet space is ample. Dressers and a mirror are also available. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin, finely crafted estate Victorian-style poster beds. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed with sitting table by the window. WHEELCHAIR ACCESS Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access. LIMITATIONS Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults. Pets are not permitted. Max 2 cars Renters are responsible to clean the cottage and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged.Please note that after placing your reservation, a rental application will be sent to you. You will have 24 hours to fill out the application form. If the form is not returned after the 24 hours, your reservation will be cancelled.
