Located in Cedar Glen Condominiums in Camdenton, Missouri, at the 13 Mile Marker of the Big Niangua Arm of the Lake of the Ozarks. Located right off Highway 54, so no gravel or curvy roads to travel. Condo parking lots are flat so easy to get in/out. Incredible amount of flat “green” space for cornhole or other yard games. Cedar Glen is also the site of some of the calmest water on the Lake with a short drive or boat ride to the historic Ha Ha Tonka State Park You could walk to Lake Valley Country Club or take a 2 mile drive to the amazing Old Kinderhook Resort and Golf Club. Old Kinderhook has the only ice rink at the Lake during the winter.
This condo features two bedrooms on the main level with a large vaulted living/bedroom area above. The master bedroom has a very comfortable King size bed. The guest bedroom has a Queen sized bed while the loft area has 2 full-sized beds and a sofa. The living room area has a brand new comfortable and modern sofa and a working fireplace. There are 2 full bathrooms on the main level.. Deck provides a great expansive view of Lake. Kitchen features stainless appliances.
Cedar Glen also sports a well-maintained playground, 2 great pools (one heated), sand volleyball, horseshoe pits and a fire pit.
2 mile drive to the only ice skating rink at the Lake throughout the winter!
This complex is the closest condo complex / lodging at the Lake to the new top-notch Ballparks National baseball/softball fields. A 5-10 minute drive.
