This 2 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront condo features a full kitchen with everything you will need, dining seating for 4 at the table and 2 at the breakfast bar. The living room features a view of the water, access to the deck, and a TV with cable. The Master Bedroom features a King sized bed, Smart TV, a view of the water, deck access and a private bathroom, with a tub/shower combo and a double vanity. The second bedroom features a Queen bed with an adjacent full bathroom featuring a shower and a Smart TV. This unit comes with a stack washer/dryer for your convenience.
Step outside to the deck and enjoy a great view of the water along with seating for 4 at the table plus 2 extra chairs. A 22" electric Blackstone and a small electric grill are both available for your use. This unit includes a 10 x 24 covered boat slip as well. There is also an on-site boat launch and boat trailer parking is available. Kiddos will enjoy the playground, 2 outdoor pools, horseshoes and volleyball pit with room to run!
