( Plenty of parking ) Just sit back on the porch and listen to nature. Sits on an acre lot, ( mostly flat ) lots of room for the kids to play outside. Just added - over 600ft paver patio with a custom made fire pit. Lots of room and large sitting area If you love nature, The Good Times is for you. Open floor plan through out down stairs ( kitchen / dinning table / living room ) Living room - large gas fireplace, new leather furniture with reclining sofas and loveseats, plus a 65" samsung 4k 3d flat screen tv with a surround sound system NOTE: two new refrigerators just been added Dinning table - 6 chairs and 2 benches sets 12 comfortably Large laundry room with sink ( washer and dryer ) large counter tops for folding clothing ( also to hang ) Master bedroom with a king bed, ( pillow top mattress ) flat screen tv, blu ray player, private entrance to the bathroom. Just installed is a new walk in shower second master bedroom with a king bed, bathroom ( pillow top mattress ) ( walk in shower ), walk in closet, flat screen tv, and a blu ray dvd player.
