Private cedar home rental property located directly on Table Rock Lake in a quiet end-of-cove with direct lake access for swimming and fishing. Boasts two master suites/private baths plus three other bedrooms and sofa sleepers. Perfect for two families getting together for a reunion or small group gatherings. With this prime location, you are just a short 5-minute drive to the Branson strip! A very close drive to Silver Dollar City, the Dam area, State Park hiking trails, Marinas, public boat launch ramp, and more! All within 10 min. Relax around (2) Indoor gas fireplaces on main and lower levels, Outdoor firepit, Hot tub, and Large wrap-around deck with water view! Evergreen trees along the property line provide for a nice natural privacy barrier from neighbors. There is plenty of driveway parking for your group too! Plus as an added benefit, there is a lot of wildlife activity through this area for your viewing enjoyment. BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 nights throughout the year with the exception of the following:
Holiday Weekends - 3 nights required
Peak Season - Mid May thru Mid August - 3 nights required

WE WILL CONSIDER SMALL GROUP EVENTS SUCH AS FAMILY REUNIONS, SMALL GROUP WEDDING RECEPTIONS, AND SMALL ADULT GROUP GATHERINGS, HOWEVER, ANY SUCH EVENT GREATER THAN A 14 TOTAL GROUP NUMBER MUST BE PRIOR APPROVED AND AGREED UPON BY OWNER. OUTSIDE DAY VISITORS IN EXCESS OF 14 IN YOUR TOTAL GROUP ARE NOT ALLOWED UNLESS APPROVED. ANY UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES WILL BE SHUT DOWN AND VIOLATION OF GROUP SIZE RESTRICTIONS WILL RESULT IN YOUR GROUP EVICTION BY COUNTY SHERIFF.
