Welcome to Graceful Lee, a 5 bedroom updated home with breathtaking canal and ocean views. If you have stayed here before and enjoyed it, each time you come back you will find it even nicer! One of a few rental homes in Carolina Beach with a pool, boat slip, dock, outdoor kitchen, outdoor tv and even a shuffleboard court! Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck or in the sunroom overlooking the beautiful canal where birds and often dolphins are sure to capture your attention. Watch the fishing boats arrive and depart and enjoy lunch or dinner using the outside kitchen, table for six, beautiful patio furniture and outdoor TV. If you prefer a more elaborate view, head to the widows walk for a view of the Carolina Beach area and sit at the built-in table and enjoy cocktails and appetizers while watching the sunset. This home has all the amenities for a comfortable stay at the beach and is walking distance to all Carolina Beach downtown activities and restaurants and only a 3 minute walk to the beach! The house offers 4 full baths, ½ bath, two king beds, two queen beds, a full bed and new sleeper sofa and can accommodate 12 people. Come relax in this waterfront oasis. Upgrades in 2022: living room furniture, Adirondack chairs by the pool and new hardwood floors in the four main level bedrooms.
