Noise is to be kept at a minimum, especially after 10 PM. If you are looking for a party pad, this is not the rental for you. Please visit our Facebook page: Gem Beach Paradise Three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, only steps from beautiful Gem Beach. Lovely home of over 1900 SF features large modern kitchen, game room and spacious living area. Property includes a expansive patio, fire pit and gas grill. Conveniences include washer/dryer, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, A/C, WiFi, Cable TV, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, other small appliances, fully furnished kitchen. Televisions, DVD/VHS players, air hockey, ping pong table and access to private Gem Beach. Only 2 minutes to Twin Oast brewery, 5 minutes to Mon Ami, 3 minutes to Miller's Ferry, 15 minutes to Jet Express, 10 minutes to African Safari, 10 minutes to Island Adventures, 15 minutes to Monsoon Lagoon Water Park, 30 minutes to Cedar Point. Check in is 4:00 PM (could vary, depending on what day of the week you arrive - we will work with you). Check out is 11:00 AM. Bedroom #1: Queen bed, dresser, ceiling fan, TV/DVD. Sleeps 2. Bedroom #2: Bunk bed with twin upper bunk (maximum 150 lbs), full lower bunk, twin trundle; dresser and TV/DVD. Sleeps 4. Bedroom#3: Twin bunk beds (maximum 100 lbs on upper bunk). Ceiling fan, TV/DVD/VCR. Sleeps 2. Futon-type couch in mud room. Ceiling fan,TV with VCR. Sleeps 1. Renter supplies own linens, pillows, towels, toiletries. Hand soap, dishwasher and dish soap provided. Comforters/quilts provided. Initial toilet paper and paper towels provided. Some basic spices and cooking necessities provided. Each room has a large mirror. Parking for three cars. Maximum 4 adults. Linens available for $100 fee. Decor, comforters and TV's are subject to change.
