Positive: Linda is a great host: she provided evreything we need, and she arranged two beautiful one-day-trips for us (one in Cat Ba National Park, the other one in Lan Ha bay). She also arranged our transportation from and to Hanoi. She's a nice person, and she runs the hotel in the best way
Negative: The location is 15 minutes from Cat Ba city, but the staf can provide you a transfer whenever you want.
