Located directly on Windward Beach within the gated community of Treasure Cay, North Abaco, The Bahamas, this private beachfront home will delight your senses and enrich your vacation memories. Breathtaking views abound from every room in this 4 bedroom (3 king and 1 queen), 4 bathroom beach house. Soft pastels, island artwork, varnished cedar pine hardwood flooring and rattan furniture throughout create a comfortable, relaxed tropical setting. Awake to awesome sunrises and be lulled to sleep by gently lapping waves and cool sea breezes. Relax in the fresh water swimming pool, chill out in the hot tub, or dive into the Sea of Abaco just steps away. With a southeast exposure, Castle Rock is naturally cooled by the summer trade winds and warmed by the winter sun. The spacious living and dining areas and all four bedrooms have full floor to ceiling sliding glass doors on 3 sides to provide awe inspiring 180 degree sea views. Castle Rock feels secluded yet is located only a short golf cart ride from the village of Treasure Cay. There is a full service Marina, supermarket and convenience store, two bakeries, liquor store and several restaurant/beach bars. For sports fans, there is also an 18-hole golf course open to non-members, tennis courts for hire and boats for long or short term rent. Castle Rock is just 15 minutes from Treasure Cay airport (TCC) and 30-40 minutes from Marsh Harbour airport (MHH). We have provided our island home with all of the luxuries and conveniences that we enjoy and it is our pleasure to share our special home with you, while maintaining the Bahamian charm of a true beach house.
