The plot is about 2 acres with 13 large olive trees that if cared for yield the annual oil of the house and has mandarins and grapes.
The whole property is with a 2 meter wall with a 50 cm thick porolithic wall.
There is a garage door and an individual door.
The ground floor and the first floor have a total of 190 square meters and these are with 60 cm thick porolithic stone, made with the finest materials to avoid humidity.
The ground floor consists of a kitchen, a living room with energy fireplace for all rooms for the ground floor and the upper floor with installation for the heat to go to all rooms, a bedroom and a toilet/bathroom with Jacuzzi. It has a large terrace with sea views and is covered with a pergola.
The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms and a small living room with glazed windows, a bathroom with bath and toilet and a large balcony with sea views. One bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the inner side of the property towards the entrance.
All the terraces and balconies have sunshine all day and sunset and sea views. The view is never going to be lost because after the last property boundary the D zone begins, where no one can ever build.
All the wooden parts of the house are cypress, solid oak doors, installation for central heating is there.
