Accommodations:
The villa is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom 2-story retreat that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Here's a breakdown of the bedroom configurations:
- 2nd-floor master bedroom #1: King-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and Google Nest Mini speaker.
- 2nd-floor bedroom #2: Queen-size bed, attached bathroom with a full shower.(shared with bedroom #3).
- 2nd-floor bedroom #3: Two twin-size beds, shared bath with bedroom #2 bathroom with a full shower. This bedroom also has a Google Nest Mini speaker. The 2 twin beds can be converted to a king bed upon request.

4 Portable Beach Chairs, plus Beach Umbrella with Beach Blanket. Ideal for loading up in your rental car to take to the beach!
30 ft. Boat Dock: The villa includes a private 30 ft. boat dock, allowing boaters to explore the North Sound, Stingray City, and the Caribbean Sea. Seasoned boaters can rent a 21 to 24-foot private boat or jet skis for the day, partial week, or full week. The dock is also ideal for your pick up by your charter excursion operations for deep sea fishing and snorkel trips to Stingray city.
The condo is also equipped with 1 adult and 1 child size fishing poles with basic tackle box. Cast right off the dock just steps from your condo!
Fully Equipped Gourmet Kitchen:
The villa boasts a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, ideal for preparing your own meals. You can also bring in your own private chef if desired. There is a drip and Keurig coffe pot for your morning brew. The kitchen also has a Google Nest Hub Smart Display. An outdoor gas BBQ grill is also included.
