Positive: Daniel and the family are very friendly. The location is very central, which is close to the main park. Street food (cochinita, f.e.), supermarket La favorita, shops, bank are all closeby. The room is clean, warm water is efficient. Water dispenser is available in the kitchen. Price is very reasonable.
Summary: I had a pleasant stay!
