Beautiful farmhouse with a splendid natural lake in the countryside of the Tuscan Maremma, surrounded by the farm\'s organic crops, just 6 km from Sticciano, Montepescali-station and the junction to the Aurelia bypass, which connects it to Grosseto in 15 minutes and to the sea in 20 minutes.
It enjoys a 360° view of the hills embracing the wide Bruna valley, Vetulonia, Buriano, Giuncarico, Tatti, Montemassi, Roccatederighi, Sassofortino, Roccastrada and Montepescali. A land of traditions that have been handed down for centuries, from generation to generation.
Rich in archaeological parks, historical contexts, thermal spa areas (Terme di Saturnia 73km, Terme di Petriolo 40km, Bagno Vignoni 74km), immense green spaces and natural parks (Parco Naturale della Maremma, 40km) where it is possible to admire the charm of many species of animals that still live in the wild. An excellent starting point for visiting cities of art: Siena (70 km), Florence (142 km), Massa Marittima (35 km), Volterra (122 km), San Gimignano (105 km). The beautiful coastal towns of Tuscany are also not far away: Castiglione della Pescaia (33 km), Punta Ala (50 km), Argentario (68 km).
The entire property is surrounded by a beautiful fenced garden where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation by the splendid natural swimming pool, while your children can play in the area dedicated to them with swings and a jumping board. In one part of the garden is an organic vegetable garden, where you can enjoy produce according to the season. At the back of the farmhouse is a beautiful shady terrace furnished with armchairs and a sofa, a dining area, a barbecue, a wood-burning oven and two braziers. The farmhouse, which dates back to the first half of the 14th century, has recently been renovated with care to maintain the authentic flavour of the Maremma farmhouse, preserving valuable materials such as wood and terracotta, which, enriched with comfortable and refined furnishings, has created very cosy and comfortable environments.
On the ground floor is a large 200-square-metre living room with brick vaulted ceilings, billiard table, living room with flat-screen TV, very functional kitchen area equipped with all appliances with access to the furnished terrace for pleasant outdoor dining; service bathroom. From the side of the living room, pool side, there is access to the outside where there are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, complete with shower, each room has independent access, the rooms are not communicating, nor do they have internal access to the farmhouse.
A typical external staircase leads to a loggia where there is the entrance to a flat: a large living room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms of which two doubles and one twin with en suite bathroom with shower; a kitchen and a bathroom with bath/shower. All rooms have air conditioning, wi-fi. Ample uncovered parking at the entrance to the farmhouse. On the first floor at the end of the loggia there is a flat dedicated to a couple who take care of the management of the farmhouse, in absolute respect for your privacy they are available for whatever you need. You will be able to enjoy different experiences, but all fascinating at any time of the season!
The farmhouse has been included in the sites of historical, artistic and/or landscape relevance of the Municipality of Roccastrada and enabled for the celebration of civil marriages. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of June 2024 to the 30th of October 2024
