Positive: The property was very clean and well maintained, condo exceptionally clean. If you enjoy walking, there are restaurants and small convenience stores within walking distance. For some, it may be a bit far... we enjoy exercise so it didn't bother us at all, actually enjoyed it. There are gentlemen on staff who will assist getting water, ice and answer questions. our host was available if and when we needed her, much appreciated. If you're looking for complete R&R, this is your spot! Very quiet especially morning till late afternoon. You will enjoy watching boats enter an exit every five minutes, a bonus for this property. Another plus, we were able to drop our bags and change clothes earlier than check in time… This was huge for our situation being we were there a short period and arrived very early. The ferry to Isla Mujeres is within walking distance, well worth the trip and only $33 per person round-trip. The yacht is air-conditioned with TV screens for the 20-30 minute ride.
Negative: The facilities available are limited to beach and swimming pool, no fitness equipment or bar, however, we knew this prior to booking and would definitely not detour us from booking next visit.
