The casita has its own washroom (en-suite) and private entrance, comfy king bed, A/C, ceiling fan and many amenities at hand for your convenience (BBQ, outdoor kitchen/dining, Coffee, tea). The property is first-rate for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Sámara is an ideal tropical getaway; you will fall in love with this area.

The entire courtyard is for your enjoyment, comfort and convenience. The courtyard consists of the casita, lap pool, outdoor kitchen, dining area and private parking behind an electronic gate. The property is maintained regularly by an onsite care taker who is available as needed.
Casa Vistas del Rio offers a unique blend of Costa Rican natural beauty and charm, wildlife and tropical experience, and is combined with western upgrades and modern conveniences.
We have created a relaxing courtyard amongst our rentals, each with their own patio. In the evening, with the ambient lighting, it is the perfect place to lay and relax poolside, have a beverage or dinner and enjoy the sound of nature around you.
Each casita opens to the courtyard lap pool and outdoor oasis, complete with comfortable chaise patio loungers and umbrellas. The casitas are fully screened to minimize insect exposure.
Beach rentals are available and include towels, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, cooler, portable BBQ grill.
The property and parking area are safe and secure behind a locked gate.
