Positive: Beautiful location! Right next to the water wheel and walking paths.
Negative: Very small, no sitting area, no space to sit outside. Toilet seat came off first time I sat on it. Only one of the shower heads working because the mixing tap was missing. Uncomfortably small kitchen. Very humid and dark.
