Casey's is the perfect place to stay if you love being on the water. With Coila Lake right across the street, you can easily bring your kayaks and canoes over for a day of fun. The house can accommodate up to six guests, making it great for a family vacation or a getaway with friends. Plus, with access to the village cycleway just across the street the beach, golf course, and tennis courts all accessible by foot or cycle.
When you stay at Casey's, you can expect to see some stunning views of the shimmering water. You may even spot some pelicans and black swans on the lake! If you're looking for a more active holiday, there's plenty to do nearby. But if you just want to relax, you'll be in good company too.
The Space:
This two-story house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. On the upper level, there is a spacious kitchen, dining and living area that opens up to a covered sun deck - perfect for relaxing. There is a rear sunroom/play area, three bedrooms and a large bathroom. All bed linens and bath towels are supplied. Bedrooms 1 & 2 have queen beds, while bedroom 3 has a double bed.
On the entry-level, you'll find another very spacious living area with a television and laundry facilities. There is also a second bathroom. A child safety gate is fitted at the top of the internal staircase, and both levels offer stunning lake views.
Outside, there is a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture in the fenced rear garden.

Jay and/or Lyne will be waiting to meet you on arrival and provide a brief tour of the house, its features, and answer any questions you may have about the property or Tuross Head in general. This is a great opportunity to get to know us and ask any questions you may have about your stay.

If you prefer to or are arriving late, self check-in is available by way of the keysafe. We will let you know the code a few days prior to check in. This option is great for those who like many enjoy a few stops along the way.

Located directly opposite the lake his is sure to become a favourite spot for couples and families alike.

Please note; there are internal stairs between the two house levels - 1 gate is provided for use with small children.

REFUNDABLE GUEST SECURITY DEPOSIT - A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 is payable.
•For bookings of 5 nights or less the deposit will be by way of card 'pre-authorisation' hold.
•For bookings of 6 nights or more the deposit is payable by way of Electronic Funds Transfer to our Real Estate Trust Account.
Security deposits will be refunded/released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages or losses.
• Please note, some 3rd party booking sites do handle security deposits on guests behalf - please let us know if you have any questions at all.
HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION LICENCE AGREEMENT - upon booking confirmation you will receive an email containing a link to accept the terms of the Holiday Accommodation Licence Agreement. This document must be completed or the booking will cancel. Valid Australian ID is required.
