This beautiful Townhome is located in Crested Butte South, less than 2 blocks from the community center with ice skating, a skate park, garden park and the FREE Crested Butte Valley wide RTA Shuttle that runs all day and into the evening.
Crested Butte South community is located 7 minutes from the historical downtown of Crested Butte and 12 minutes from the ski resort and hiking. Enjoy easy access to hiking, mountain and gravel biking trails, Gold Water fly fishingin the East River in the Summer and the CB South Nordic Trail in the winter. There are also two restaurants, a market and liquor shop for sundries.
This townhome has a fully equip kitchen, dining area, living area, 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. Enjoy the fenced-in private back yard with access to a BBQ in the summer months, a private hot tub year round, and space to play cornhole and bacci ball game provided.
As you enter the home you will find a beautiful living area with a wood-burning fireplace, stocked with a ton of games to play and Marshall speaker for music. Down the hall you will find a half bath with full sized washer and dryer. All 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor and each features a Queen bed. The master has beautiful views of Mt. Crested Butte and features an ensuite bathroom. There is an additional full bathroom with tub and shower that is shared by the other 2 bedrooms.
