Summary: Really lovely condo in a prime location. There was absolutely ZERO communication available for our stay. Typically when you reserve a VRBO a “host” sends directions for entry and any other details. This did not happen. Only received a contract and receipt from Chetola. The AC in the bottom half of unit did not work our entire stay. Hot nights with very little sleep and no one to call or communicate with. The point person for this listing reads Val Huffman but no one ever responded on thread. If the communication aspect can be worked out then I would love to recommend this listing. But the feeling of being “on your own” once the listing was booked was not a pleasant experience.
