Positive: - Great outdoor area with three amazing terraces, tranquil views, two outdoor showers, and an infinity pool. - Some nice artwork and details in the kitchen and lounge room. Honestly, we could overlook some inconveniences and be satisfied with this accommodation if we had paid €300/night. But for €655/night (€3,300/5 nights) and with zero service, it’s a ripoff. I do not recommend this place.

Negative: - It’s not entirely private. A family with children lives on the ground floor of this house. They have their own terrace and etc, but if you’re looking for a place where you won’t be seen or disturbed, this isn’t it. - Air conditioning: there are just two inefficient and noisy AC units in the bedrooms, which barely cool the rooms, let alone the rest of the house. - Only two rooms are nicely decorated—the kitchen and the lounge. It seems they didn’t even try to make the rest of the house pretty. The second floor looks like a storage area with all the landlord’s stuff stocked (photo attached). - The house, especially the kitchen, is poorly equipped with the cheapest items from Ikea. Only very minimal essentials are provided. - Waste separation is a nightmare. There are 5 different types of waste that must be collected every single day. No dedicated bins are provided in the kitchen, just bags, so it’s annoying to have five rubbish bags in plain sight all the time. - At one point, hot water was unavailable for more than a day, and the management company just ignored our complaints. - The place is IMPOSSIBLE to access by anything but foot. Garage is a 5-minute walk from the house, but the road is extremely narrow. Our Toyota Yaris Hybrid barely fit. - It’s far from everything—a beach, grocery store, and restaurants. So I’d advise against going there without a vehicle. - The church down the road with bells ringing every 30min even during the night hours - we were sleep-deprived during this stay. - Zero service. They never replied to our emails or messages, no matter the issue. The checkout process was embarrassing, as we had to wait until they inspected everything before letting us leave.
