Beautiful apartment in the center of Alicante, facing the sea and with an unbeatable location that allows you to enjoy the city and the beach. Of the few apartments near the Postiguet beach and with private parking. The house is composed of a living-dining room with balcony, kitchen with dining room, 2 bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds and 1 complete bathroom with shower. It has free parking in the same urbanization. About 300 meters from the apartment we have the Postiguet beach, 400 meters from the Plaza Mar shopping center. Communications with the city center are very good, having a bus stop 150 meters from lines 21 and 22 and 450 meters away we find the TRAM Sangueta stop, it is a station on lines 1, 3 and 4 that run in the direction to Luceros or to different points in the north of the city of Alicante and the province, such as Villajoyosa and Benidorm. To get there from the airport there is a bus (C-6) that leaves you at the Plaza Puerta del Mar I stop, and at that same stop you can take bus 21: Alicante - Playa San Juan - El Campello or bus 22 Av. Óscar Esplá-Cabo de la Huerta-Playa San Juan to the Villajoyosa 2 stop, La Marina Station, and from there about 150 meters you have the apartment.
