With the Covid-19 crisis we are now under mandated operational and official best practices. We are accepting Essential workers, Frontline Workers, Relief workers and Sonoma County residents needing to shelter in place in a healthy space. At this time we thought it would be better to offer Casatina and Villa Vista for rent. They are the two separate spaces we can create from the Casa Panama home. If you need a larger space with more bedrooms please let us know and we will try to open something for up you. For your security, we have not only added the recommended COVID-19 measures but we hope to exceed that. ( *See complete cleaning protocol near the bottom of this page) Casatina is the heart of Casa Panama a vacation rental in Jenner CA. Casatina is the ground floor apartment the entrance off of a private deck with gorgeous views of the Russian River and the Sonoma coastline. Wake up in a spacious king-size bed overlooking the Russian River! The bedroom has an adjoining bath that also connects to the living space with a kitchenette and living room with a queen sleeper sofa. Outside is a multilevel deck with everything you need to have a perfect vacation. Lovely areas to dine, a covered bar area for morning coffee or watching the sunset with a glass of wine with friends and a large gas grill. On the lower level are two comfy sofas with a gas heater for relaxing day or night. The hot tub is on this same deck. Reach over the fence for chaise lounges stored there for sunbathing while enjoying the panoramic view of the river wrapping around the property The apartment has a warm inviting ambiance and is guaranteed to become a favorite stop when you are exploring the coastal region. You will have access to most all the outdoor spaces, decks and hot tub that Casa Panama has to offer including an outdoor gas fireplace that makes even cool nights fun outdoors. Casatina sleeps 2-4 but if you would like more space and access to Casa Panama let Toni know and she will work with you on the number of bedrooms you need by opening up space upstairs. You can see the possibilities by checking Casa Panama’s site 29985. We DO NOT rent the upstairs when Casatina is rented. For that reason, we open the Casatina calendar to fill space when Casa Panama is not rented. If you’re interested in a larger party than 4 but not needing the entire house sleeping 10, check 29985 for dates and ask Toni about pricing. * I want to acknowledge these are stressful times. We all need family getaways maybe more now than ever but we need to feel safe. Here's the extra precautions we are taking to advance our 5* cleaning service for our guests and family and friends. Since viruses die faster in sunlight and in high humidity, we immediately open the house hours before your arrival and air it out completely. At Casa Panama we are fortunate to have the benefit of full sun from sun-up to sundown with higher humidity. Couple that with fresh air and sea breezes and you will likely agree this atmosphere can revitalize both your health and your spirit. As a proactive precaution we are wiping down all hard surfaces including floors, cabinets, counter surfaces, doorknobs, light switches and appliances with a bleach solution. Remote controls are cleaned with a special product for that purpose. Since the best defense against active viruses remains frequent hand washing we make sure there is plenty of soap, paper towels and sanitizing wipes in all kitchens and bathrooms for your use. All bedding, including sheets, pillowcases and comforter duvets are changed, washed and sanitized. All decorative pillows have been removed (our apologies for this inconvenience but it seems like a wise precaution). We use anti bacterial fabric spray on all soft surfaces.
