Recently restored 19th century farmhouse.
I am looking for couples, lone adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and furry friends (pets).
Absolute privacy, you can keep the TV or stereo at high volume even at night.
In the house there is a hobhy room for fitness, yoga and pilates a muysical rehearsal room and a sound production studio. With bicycles you can reach the waterfalls and water springs of the Trei valley or the famous and delicious Water of Nepi in 5 minutes.
In 5 minutes by car you can get to the beautiful village of Calcata, full of art and special food.
