Casale Montesoli is in a large, well-kept park of over 2000 sq. m mostly made of lawn areas enriched with cypress trees and low plants. The rectangular swimming pool is 10 metres by 5 with a depth of 1.2-1.5 metres and is complete with comfy sunbeds and a hot water shower. The dining room has access to a shaded area overlooking the pool with outdoor furniture, such as sofas and armchairs. The kitchen also leads outdoors, to a gazebo with tables and chairs, perfect for outdoor meals. The washing room is in a separate building with outdoor access. Parking is in the property.Interior
The villa is on two floors and has been restored whilst maintaining traditional aspects, like the arched windows and wood-beamed ceilings. The ground floor boasts a large, fully-equipped kitchen with access to the outdoor pergola, a dining room with table for 8 and fireplace, 2 double bedrooms with bathroom with shower. The first floor has the bright living room with sofas and armchairs, another living room with fireplace and satellite TV, 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom with shower.
Location
The farmhouse is part of a biological holiday farm in the heart of Tuscany, with over 300 acres of land in the Val d’Orcia area. It is in a sunny, panoramic area, on a hill close to the town of Buonconvento.

The villa has Wi-Fi, central heating, air conditioning, baby bed, high chair and hairdryer.
Services
The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen as well as swimming towels (all changed weekly), internet, water, 4 hours a day of hired help for 3 days a week, baby bed and high chair. Upon request and to be paid for at the property are cookery courses, hired help, babysitter and tastings.
