The farmhouse is surrounded by a large garden (2000 sq. m.) with olive trees and many other plants where guests will find, 50 metres lower, a beautiful panoramic swimming pool, 10 metres by 5 with a depth of 1.6 metres, with infinity edge and shower. The large furnished terrace with beach umbrellas is perfect for outdoor dinners and lunches all together. The garden boasts several relaxation areas for enjoying the view, perhaps with a glass of good wine. The pool is for the guest’s exclusive use, as are all the outdoor areas. Stonework barbecue. Casale la Volpaia was an old, typically Tuscan rural property dating back to 1521 and has been completely renovated whilst maintaining its original spirit and characteristics, such as the old brick and stone walls, the chestnut wood ceiling beams, cotto flooring and the roof built with the same materials. The furniture is rustic and the property is full of unique paintings and sculptures.
Main house: on the ground floor, guests will find a large living room with fireplace and satellite TV with a large screen, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a washing room and one small bathroom. The first floor features a living room, 4 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub. All the bedrooms have mosquito screens.
Outbuilding: a terrace leads to a large area with a well-equipped kitchen, a barbecue and dining area. Perfect for preparing meals for the large table on the terrace.

The farmhouse is on a road which leads to a small, picturesque hamlet in the green Tuscan hills, with a classic view of the countryside surrounding the town of Barberino Val d’Elsa. There is a wide, spectacular view, and on clear days you can even see the Apuan Alps.
