The property has a large garden with a private swimming pool, a veranda equipped for al fresco dining, a barbecue, a wood-burning oven for pizza, a play area for small children, table tennis and table football, Wi-Fi Internet connection, satellite TV, air conditioning, heating, mosquito nets in the bedrooms and parking. It’s ideal for groups of friends or large families who want to spend time together whilst also having their own independence.
Outside and Swimming pool
Casale il Moro is surrounded by a large park with natural lawn, olive trees, plants and flowers of about 3,000 square meters, with a children's play area and several corners equipped for relaxing outdoor. A huge veranda of 50 sqm, which can be opened if necessary, can be used as a dining room and living area to stay together, a few steps from the kitchen and the barbecue area with built-in barbecue and wood oven. In a sunny position there is the swimming pool, partially delimited by a dense hedge, of rectangular shape measuring 14x7 with a depth from 0.40 to 1.50 meters. Externally paved in typical travertine originating in the area and equipped with shower, umbrellas and sun loungers, the pool is also characterized by a small 0.40 m deep children's pool inserted directly into the large tub. Large car park on the property with 6/7 covered spaces.
Interior
The main building is on two floors joined only externally and consists of 3 suites each with separate entrance (not communicating each other). Other 2 suites are located in the adjacent building and are communicating with each other while the annexes are on the ground floor of two separate buildings. Each suite has its small green furnished area in addition to all the other common areas of the entire property.
Main building: Suite 1 located on the first floor, equipped with a iron wrought gate for children’s safety, consisting of a living room with TV and kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room and a bathroom with shower.

Suite 5 located on the ground floor consisting of a small kitchenette, 1 double bedroom with armchairbed and a bathroom with shower.
In a separate annex on the ground floor there is the perfectly equipped kitchen with a professional dishwasher with a 3 minute wash cycle, a guest bathroom. A few steps away is a second annex with a large veranda furnished with a dining table to accommodate the whole group.

The property covers 200 hectares of land cultivated for the production of cereals and olive oil. The farmhouse is nestled among the rolling hills of the Sienese countryside which in every season of the year is colored with different shades that distinguish the area.
