2 Bedroom Apartment in Castel San Pietro Terme
In a large country house we have three independent apartments that can accommodate up to 15-16 people in all. The house is located in a wooded park of 15 hectares, in an area full of beautiful trails to walk or bike, among fields, woods, gullies and small lakes. The I Calanchi apartment is on two levels. Upstairs is the master bedroom. On the ground floor there is the kitchen with sitting area, the second bedroom and the bathroom. On the side of the house there is a small private garden, equipped with a gazebo, table and garden chairs. I Calanchi is the ideal solution for couples and families with one or two children (possibly in the double room you can add a bed or a cot for a third child). The apartment is equipped with air conditioning with heat pump. The furniture has been completely renovated in 2017. The pool is large (15x7 meters) and positioned in a context of absolute tranquility and privacy. It is also closed by a fence that prevents night access for security reasons. Our guests can use a laundry room if needed. There is also a free Wi-Fi connection, which covers most of the property. In the apartments our guests can find all the basic necessities when they arrive. Bed linen and towels are also provided. If necessary we have collapsible beds, camping beds and a high chair for small children. In the park at the back of the house there is also a small play area for children. The house is the perfect place to base oneself on the exploration of a large area of Italy, from Pisa to Venice, passing through Florence, Milan, Verona, Mantua. Bologna is a small jewel. To visit also all the art cities of Emilia Romagna, castles, medieval villages, fortified palaces, theme parks and water parks.
