Positive: Clean room and bathroom. Decent internet. Spacious bathroom with clean towels and excellent ventilation. Walking distance from Monclair and Downtown Trebaselegue. Did not had breakfast so cannot rate that. Good airconditioning. A little bit dark in the hall during the night, if you want to leave for dinner, for ex. They do not speak English and for that needed help from other people. The owner was kind to let me wait for my uber inside, after I checked out.
Negative: I did not realize the window was partially open so woke woke up in the middle of the night by two beetles flying over my head. There was not refrigerator to put my medication.
Summary: Very convenient place to a short stay.
