Summary: The good: Check in was seamless. Property was clean. Neighborhood was nice and there was even access to a community tennis court which was perfect as we were in town for a tennis tournament at the nearby USTA National Campus. The bad: Kitchen garbage disposal was broken and blocked (I was able to plunge it clear so it would drain at least) Pool was almost a foot low due to a leak so it wasn't filtering properly. The pool enclosure is in dire need of repair. There are numerous screens that are torn or missing likely due to landscape maintenance and/or the recent hurricanes. My past experience with vacation rentals is that there are some consumable supplies left by previous renters like spices, zip-loc bags, etc. In this case there wasn't so much as a salt or pepper shaker so bring everything you need if you plan on preparing a meal of any kind. The beds are extremely soft so this is bad or good depending on your personal taste.
