Pure Vida, welcome to Casa Vista Prieta! Our stunning location is impossible to beat. Featuring 6 bedrooms and 6 baths, we have space for 16 guests, making our place the perfect spot for families, friends, and group travel. Our home sits upon 1.2 acres, offers stunning views of the Pacific, and is close to the exclusive Las Catalinas and Playa Penca beach.
The open floor plan allows for entertaining, incorporates the kitchen, living, and dining area, and is complemented by huge vaulted ceilings, custom lighting, and tremendous ocean views. The dining room has seating for eight and there are four additional seats available at the beautiful oversized island. In the kitchen, the cooks in your group will appreciate the high-end appliances, plenty of room for prep, and the solidly built custom cabinetry.
Our gorgeous home boasts two pools. The upstairs pool has a stunning ocean view (we are not oceanfront, but you can see it as we are located on a hill.) Our main pool is huge! Around 20 meters. It has a BBQ area at the master bedroom terrace. The relaxing outdoor living space on the main level is adjacent to the infinity pool, incorporating the extensive ocean views and surrounded by a beautiful teak deck. We are also happy to provide an in-home private gym with a treadmill, a static bicycle, an elliptical machine, and a sandbag for boxing.
Casa Vista Prieta is located in the perfect Costa Rican spot for enjoying the coastal lifestyle, listening to the waves crash below on Playa Penca, and checking out the local wildlife in the surrounding jungle. You will appreciate the privacy afforded by being at the end of your own private paved driveway and behind your own custom iron gates, but you are also just a quick drive to the restaurants, shopping, and amenities of Potrero, Las Catalinas, and the brand new Flamingo Marina.

This house is not located in a residential/ gated community- it’s a private property with its own gate with very few neighbors around. There is a garden downstairs where the big pool is located in the front of the property. Playa Prieta is just 5 min away from this property by car and 12 min walking and playa penca is 15 min away by car.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $2,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
- There are security cameras set up outside of the home that are only active in between guest stays when the house is empty. There are no interior cameras whatsoever.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
