Guest access
Guests have access to the entire Estate, at all times. All guests in your traveling party have access to our hosts, available 24/7. One utility closet is locked for cleaning personnel use.

OFFGRID:
Please note, Casa Vinedo Estate is an entirely off-grid home. A very advanced 78.6 KwH battery system powers the entire home. During the day, the sun supplies power to the home. And, in the evening hours, we rely on the battery system. There is a possibility on a very cloud day, you may hear a generator kick on. This makes sure the batteries have enough power to last through the night to avoid any power interruptions.
FOR INTIMATE GATHERINGS OR EVENTS:
We do allow small intimate gatherings and events up to 125 people. Security/valet and event coordinator may be required on the day of the event. Separate pricing applies for events.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
A Refundable Hold may be required for large groups.
The fire pits surrounding the pool are locked and are only enabled for large events with venue staff supervision.
The hot tub is available for use, but we do have a $150/night hot tub fee for the nights used.
We apologize, the pool cannot be heated at this time.
We do our best to maintain the propane tanks. However, we cannot guarantee propane tanks will be filled upon arrival. If ever any propane tank is empty, we will gladly reimburse you for any propane swap!
