Enjoy Sayulita Mexico on the quiet north end of the village in the beautifully designed Casa Verde with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. It consists of an open upper level with an indoor/outdoor dipping pool at the edge of the living room. Two master bedrooms with king-size beds are one level down, each with its own bathroom, open-air shower and terrace. Both rooms have ceiling fans and views from the terrace. On the garden level is a 3rd bedroom with queen-size bed and private bathroom. All bedrooms are air conditioned. Casa Verde offers a large open living room/entertaining area with ocean breezes. There is a fully-equipped kitchen as well as dining room facing out to the ocean and sunsets. The lower level has a laundry room with washer/dryer with a door out to the garden with bougainvillea, hibiscus, papaya, palms, and lush tropical flowers, leading to a large (30') private swimming pool with sunning deck and covered outdoor dining area with hammock and gas BBQ. Trees with iguanas and many varieties of beautiful local birds and butterflies surround the pool. The beach is a few minute walk from the house down a cobble-stoned path. The village and surfing breaks are another 10-15 minute walk or 5-minute car drive. The driveway accommodates 2 cars. Enter through arched wooden doors and go up the stairs to the upper level, where you can hear the waves of the Pacific Ocean along the Nayarit Coast. Sayulita is a small village 35 miles north of the Puerto Vallarta airport, with great restaurants and a charming town square.
