Summary: This is base on my personal experience only. They are some issues with this particular room. In the bathroom, the shower placement will flood half of the bathroom due to unproper balance of the floor for water flow, the flushing handle of the toilet and the leak has to be address as well. This is an excellent prime location, everything else was great.
