Positive: spacious shared kitchen we were the only ones there. the facilities are like new and it's fully equipped with everything . a 75inch smart TV so we could watch the America's cup on you tube .best out of 20 places we've stayed in scily . host is very accomadating and helpful. highly recommended. we had a car too secure parking
