Positive: Martin was fantastic and helped make this family holiday an unforgettable experience. From before we even got there, he made himself available for any questions we may have to get the most from our stay, enabled us to have an earlier check-in time so we didn't have to hang round once we arrived from the airport, and provided us with lots of great tips for where to eat and how to get around throughout the stay. The place itself was perfect for a family stay, was nice and clean, had some personal touches to welcome us (including a bottle of wine) and is so well located to see all the sights as well as explore Gracia and venture into Old Town. Would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone else!
