Positive: The location, air-conditioning in every room, cleanliness, and privacy were all notable features. It also was very easy to get the key and street parking was easy.
Negative: I have seen many perfect ratings for this property without any written comments, which seems suspicious. Let me be clear: I cannot imagine anyone I know personally giving this place a 10/10, although it might be suitable for some families. The shower is extremely small. If you are tall, it is challenging to bend over and wash your legs without twisting awkwardly. Additionally, the shower does not drain well, causing water to accumulate, and hot water is limited. Pay close attention to the booking details. If you do not bring your own bed linens and towels, you will need to pay the owner in cash. The fee is charged per person, not per bed, which seems like a tactic to keep the advertised price low and possibly to pay the cleaners unofficially. We are still waiting to receive a receipt for this payment, which is disappointing but predictable. The kitchen facilities are too basic for the price charged. The owner appears professional enough, but does not seem very committed to providing excellent customer service.
