Negative: We specifically chose this property for its pool and paid extra, but on arrival, we found it closed—a detail not mentioned on the website. When we raised this with the owner, they attributed it to recent floods, leaving us feeling that advance notice would have influenced our booking decision. Additionally, soap was not provided initially, and we had to request it. Entering and exiting the property required using keys each time, which was slightly inconvenient. The strict waste separation policy (with a €50 fine for non-compliance) also felt challenging, as only one trash bag was provided.
