Imagine spending time with your friends and family at the newly built home, Casa Tsabar, conveniently located in the highly desirable area of Puntas in Rincon. Casa Tsabar is a spacious and modern home designed by the Brooklyn based Architect Sarah Strauss of XSArchitect. The home was built to accommodate vacationers looking to unwind and relax in an exclusive and remote tropical setting just minutes from a number of excellent restaurants, beaches and grocery stores. The house has a large kitchen, island, dining table and living space, taking in the ocean views of the Caribbean waters. Casa Tsabar sits on a ridgeline with North West views, taking advantage of the trade winds, keeping the house cool with a constant sea breeze throughout the year. There are three air conditioned bedrooms with king beds and three full bathrooms, sleeping up to 8 people. It’s fully stocked to meet the needs of the passionate cook, with all the kitchen essentials and a Weber BBQ grill with gas provided. It comes with extras such as beach chairs, snorkel gear, linens, towels. All the toiletries are provided making this a rental that comes with all the perks. The house comes equipped with solar panels and Lithium batteries to provide uninterrupted power in the event of a storm. We also have 1200 gallons of back up water in tanks should there be a water outage. We also provide a water filtration system and water softener to enhance the quality of the water that is pumped into the home. The large salt water pool boasts ocean and valley views reminding you that you’re spending time in paradise. You’re less than 3 minutes by car from all the best beaches such as Sandy Beach, Domes, Maria’s and Steps Beach. Excellent restaurants such as Pool Bar Sushi, La Familia Pizza, Tamboo, Red Flamboyan, Wandering Bagel, Sandy Beach Cafe, Qyue Viva and more are less than a mile from the house. The downtown plaza has many more excellent restaurants, only four minutes by car and the two grocery stores in town are five minutes in the car. The closet airport is located in Aguadilla (BQN), 25 minutes from the house. This airport has daily flights from JFK, Newark, Fort Lauderdale and Orlando. There are also many more daily flights into the San Juan airport (SJU) which is about 2-2.5 hours from the house. No passports are required when traveling to Puerto Rico, making your arrival and departure so simple in the airports. Rincon offers so many activities on the water and on the land for all ages and interests as well as a number of exciting day trips that are easily accessible by car. Weekly art festivals and our local farmers market take place in the town plaza, as well as live music in all the local bars on a regular basis.
