It includes comfortable seating options such as lounge chairs, a sectional sofa, and wicker furniture, providing ample space for guests to gather. Gorgeous lounge chairs with turquoise blue cushions offer the perfect spot to relax all day. The pool deck also includes covered seating and dining areas. Additionally, the dock is conveniently located behind the home. Dedicated full pool bathroom also available on this level.
2nd Level of the Home:
Ascend to the second floor of Casa Tranquilo, where an inviting, spacious layout seamlessly blends comfort with style. The open flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas creates a warm, welcoming environment, perfect for both relaxation and entertaining. This floor also features the master suite with a king bed and en-suite bath, as well as bedroom 2 with a queen bed and en-suite bath. The third-level bedroom of Casa Tranquilo is a beautifully designed haven that combines comfort, style, and tranquility. Perfectly suited for families or groups, this expansive room features both a king-sized bed and a queen-sized bed, offering flexibility and ample space for relaxation. It also includes an en-suite bathroom. The layout ensures that both sleeping areas are generously sized, each designed with luxurious touches to enhance your stay.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. ••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
