Welcome to Casa Toucan at Plantation Estates! This newer home is located in a beautiful gated community called Plantation Estates. The development offers a lovely Community pool and clubhouse, playground, BBQ area, paved access and 24/7 security. Located only 20 minutes from the San Jose International airport, this is an ideal location and backs up to a year round creek and has daily visitors such as Toucans and howler monkeys. This is a single level home which features 3 Bedroom, 2 Baths and is fully equipped for a great vacation. There is also a 2-car carport.
As you walk into Casa Toucan, you will appreciate the spacious layout, and airy and bright feel with the floor to ceiling glass and volume ceilings. The gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar is full equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and wood cabinetry. Off the kitchen area you will find two of the guest bedrooms which share a full bathroom with walk In shower. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed and Smart TV and closet. The 2nd guest bedroom features a full size sleeper sofa, desk and closet. The property features a great room plan with living, dining and living all in one spacious area. There is a dining area for 6 as well as a large living room with access out to a beautiful elevated terrace area where you are amongst the tree canopy. This is where you can relax, drink coffee, enjoy outdoor dining and welcome the surrounding nature.
The master bedroom, located off the living area, is very spacious and features a king bed, floor to ceiling glass with forest views, walk in closet and private ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a beautiful soaking tub/shower combination, vanity with quartz countertops. There is access to the balcony from the master bedroom as well. The covered terrace area features a dining table, seating area and a BBQ gas grill to prepare meals. The area is extremely safe and quiet. There is a security system for your added security and comfort. Cleaning is not included, but can be added for $40 per day upon request.
