Wonderful finely restored rustic, located in the center of the small village of Cerceno, in Montemezzo, in the most northern and mountainous area of Lake Como, has an almost fluid space, with the rooms revolving around the magnificent internal courtyard. It consists of a modern kitchen, living room, two bedrooms with amazing views, patio and two bathrooms, built around the open air lounge!
Casa Teresa is not really a house or even a chalet: Casa Teresa can be described as a rustic, renovated in an excellent way, where the heart of the house is the internal courtyard, around which the premises are distributed.
The courtyard, located in the center of the structure, is a magnificent open-air living room, from which you can reach the kitchen, the dining room, the covered patio and the bedrooms.
On the ground floor is the eat-in kitchen, equipped with all necessary comforts, modern and clean. Through the kitchen you can reach the first bathroom, complete with shower.
The courtyard communicates with the covered patio, where a dining area is set up, from which to admire Lake Como and the living room, which also serves as a finely decorated dining room.
The bedrooms are located on the upper floors, which are accessed from the courtyard, via the stone staircase.
The master bedroom, with balcony, enjoys a breathtaking view of the lake. The gaze is lost, from Colico to Gravedona, where the Mera river meets Lake Como.
From the master bedroom with double bed you can reach the second bedroom, located in the attic, where two single beds will guarantee unforgettable sleep for your children.
