Gorgeous 2/2 half duplex in the Heart of Marathon with quick ocean access! Enjoy the ocean Breeze on the balcony. There is a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking desires. Master bedroom has a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with stand up shower. The guest room has two twins. There's a guest bathroom in the hallway with a tub. Washer/dryer, wifi, cable TV, linens and towels all provided with the rental.

Summary: Living room Furniture very uncomfortable, ceiling bulbs burned out, blinds and ceiling fans need cleaning, no cabinet space for food, garbage disposal not working, sink in master won’t hold water and bath mats dirty and worn. Unit needs a thorough inspection. We loved the location but for the price, it could have been better.
